Menlo Park, CA
Join Meta's Generative AI organization as an Applied Research Scientist and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Meta AI. While large language models (LLMs) have made significant strides, they often struggle to incorporate recent events and may generate inaccurate information. To address this challenge, we're developing innovative retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques that enhance and ground LLMs' knowledge. As an Applied Research Scientist on our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive cutting-edge research, develop industry-leading AI models, and deploy them in products that impact billions of users worldwide. By pushing the boundaries of what's possible in generative AI, you'll help us create more accurate, informative, and engaging experiences for our users. We're hiring talented applied researchers like you in multiple locations. If you're passionate about advancing the state of the art in generative AI and making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
