The Technical Partner Management team accelerates Meta API revenue through product adoption & removing friction at scale. We do so by engaging with Product and Engineering as an advocate of our partners, and work closely with a wide range of cross functional stakeholders. We are looking for a Technical Partner Manager for our strategic 3rd party Measurement Partners. This is your chance to work with a group that solves big problems for Meta’s third-party Measurement Partners. We’re a scrappy team that prides itself on our technical acumen and ability to drive meaningful product changes for our developers. You will do this by becoming a product expert and working closely with our product management, engineering and partner management teams to ship changes focused on making it easier to build on our APIs. We aim to ensure that our Measurement Partners are able to provide our mutual customers with the most accurate ads measurement data available. This includes enabling measurement solutions for some of the world's largest companies as well as supporting partners who enable the millions of advertising today. Lastly, you should feel comfortable in a constantly evolving environment with multiple streams of work where you will need to drive concrete, actionable solutions for Meta and our partners. The ideal candidate will establish themselves as a trusted advisor with a partner’s technical and product teams, act as the technical subject matter expert with clients & partners, maintain API and general technical scaled resources for internal and external use and interact with internal teams across Partnership and Engineering. Technical Partner Manager, (Measurement) Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal product managers, engineers, partner managers to understand how clients can best use our APIs to further drive performance of their business metrics.
  • Guide our partners and clients to successful integrations with Meta’s APIs and Marketing solutions through deep technical collaboration and a focus on delivering business success.
  • Become an expert in the Marketing and Measurement APIs, our products, and your customers to provide effective technical consultation and support.
  • Represent API Developers as the technical advocate, driving a variety of measurable initiatives to accelerate Meta API product adoption.
  • Ability to articulate technical blockers for our developers to both a technical and non-technical audience.
  • Conduct high-impact services including scaled product training, developer education, product reviews, feature request prioritization, and on-site visits.
  • Effectively communicate technical API documentation to an engineering-based audience.
  • Serve as a two-way technical consultant representing both Meta and our partner ecosystem.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our measurement programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7 yrs+ experience in software development, technical account/partner management, tool development, product management, engineering, or developer advocacy.
  • Proven creative problem-solving and analytical skills & experience with data querying languages (e.g. SQL).
  • Previous experience working with APIs and strong experience understanding, reproducing, and driving bugs and other issues with engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence clients. Experience communicating with engineering as well as non-engineering teams, with a proven ability to tailor your communication depending on your audience.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing multiple partners, projects, and issues at once.
  • Demonstrable ability to successfully build diverse & cross-functional relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Good understanding of the advertising industry (especially online) and measurement methods/technologies most commonly used (e.g. attribution).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Ad Tech or Ads Signals/ Measurement space.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Meta's family of apps & products.
