Meta Finance team is seeking a Finance Operations professional with dispute management, credit and collections experience to join the APAC Revenue Operations team. This role will be key in delivering the day-to-day collections support for the Reality Labs business locally and to collaborate with APAC/Global Revenue Operations as well as cross functional Reality Labs teams to help achieve business growth. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of accounting and operational processes, and be a driven, process-minded individual. In this role, it is expected to take ownership in customer collections, dispute management and drive operational efficiencies. The ideal candidate is keen to learn, have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external clients. This role will be a key contributor to ensuring we succeed in supporting business in a quickly evolving environment. This position is based in our Tokyo, Japan office and will report into the APAC Portfolio manager based in Singapore. ________________________________________
Reality Labs - Revenue Operations Analyst Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Reality Labs process for Revenue Operations (credit, collections, claims management, etc.) for Japan/EMEA market with a minimal guidance
  • Collaborate with global Reality Labs support operation and help build an efficient, scalable processes for a rapidly growing business
  • Measure and report on key Reality Labs metrics
  • Understand and abide by relevant policies and procedures
  • Partner with Revenue Accounting and Revenue Operations counterparts globally ensuring that efficient processes are aligned within Japan/EMEA market
  • Collaborate with all cross-functional Meta Technologies teams (Channel Marketing, Sales Operations, Engineering, etc.) to consider process and system enhancements, while building strong, collaborative working relationships
  • Build relationships with key customers and manage conversations around setup, terms, claim deadlines, deduction expectations, etc.
  • Cooperate with process improvements and automation in claims processing and deduction management

  • Support Japan ads business as primary backup
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent team player who is very comfortable working in a fast pace environment, as part of a larger team located in different locations
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance or Business and/or qualified accountant or equivalent subject matter
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
  • Independent, require minimum supervision, highly motivated, strong detail-orientation and a team player
  • Organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in English and Japanese
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with a continuously evolving system platform environment
  • Experience with a multi-national retail and/or hardware company
