The AI Partnerships organization at Meta oversees product-defining partnerships in areas where Meta is investing for the long-term. Strategy & Operations serves as a trusted thought partner to the Partnerships leadership team, helping shape strategic direction and driving operational rigor. The Strategy & Operations team is looking for an experienced Partnerships Operations Lead to design and implement efficient operational cadences for the AI partnerships organization. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing greater operational rigor to Meta’s rapidly growing number of AI model adoption engagements with partners. In doing so, you will help the Partnerships organization efficiently scale its AI model partner deployment efforts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the AI products and Llama models Meta is building, has a deep operational background and understanding of Enterprise cloud/software sales processes, a passion for designing and scaling efficient operations, experience working with stakeholders from both business and technical backgrounds, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Partnerships Operations Lead, AI Responsibilities
  • Design new operational cadences (tools, systems, and processes) to support AI model deployments with Enterprise partners.
  • Implement and run these newly designed operational cadences to establish a highly efficient rhythm of business.
  • Define tangible and measurable goals and pipeline metrics around partner engagement, and set up standardized reporting measuring success against these.
  • Support cross-functional operational reviews to review progress on goals/metrics and facilitate data-driven alignment on key issues and decision-making.
  • Develop strong operational engagement and collaboration with cross-functional AI stakeholders across Meta.
  • Strengthen overall operational rigor of the broader AI Partnerships organization by scaling newly implemented cadences to the broader organization.
  • Identify and implement ongoing areas of process improvement across the AI Partnerships organization.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • 7+ years of experience in business and/or sales operations.
  • Proven track record of implementing operational process improvement and driving related cross-organizational change management.
  • Distinctive problem solving and quantitative skills, with a focus on driving new projects from idea to execution.
  • Proven communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Product knowledge in AI and/or Enterprise cloud/software.
  • Professional background at a leading management consulting firm and/or in a relevant strategy/operations team, with a focus on operational improvement.
  • Proven track record of implementing and deploying internal software tools and systems as a lever in driving operational efficiency and supporting operational cadences.
  • Knowledge of technical programming languages such as SQL, R, and/or Python to implement and deploy internal software tools and systems.
  • Experience within new or emerging product areas or Enterprise cloud/software sales.

$129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
