The Contingent Workforce Business Partner works across the company to help drive strategy, compliance, and education for the Contingent Workforce Program. Our ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to creatively problem solve while still controlling for risk. They will be able to influence the business to proactively drive operational excellence in a complex, embracing ambiguity and drive innovative and impactful solutions in a fast paced environment. They will be able to support ongoing requests as well as drive program level projects and initiatives. This role is part of our People Operations division.
Contingent Workforce Business Partner Responsibilities
  • Partner with Meta managers to advise, educate and influence on a wide range of Contingent Workforce issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Employment Counsel, HRBPs, and People Operations teams globally to drive consistency and compliance
  • Identify issues proactively based on discussions with business partners
  • Drive program level project initiatives
  • Conduct in-person training sessions
  • Facilitate resolution of ER issues, accommodations requests, investigations and other HR/ER type issues for CWs
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, procurement and/or large scale Contingent Workforce management
  • Experience utilizing data to influence large strategic initiatives and decisions
  • Customer service experience
  • Analytical and problem solving experience
  • Experience with producing change management plans and organization-wide communications
  • Experience handling sensitive matters
  • Experience exercising independent judgment in the application of company policies and practices to determine appropriate action or guidance
  • Experience interacting and influencing all levels of a professional organization without direct authority
  • Experience working independently and requiring little instruction on day-to-day tasks
  • Experience with MS Office applications
  • Experience working in a team environment to achieve goals
  • Experience influencing and having difficult conversations at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate, requiring minimal direction
  • Demonstrated experience crafting clear and concise, emails, documents & presentations for a diverse range of stakeholders

$90,000/year to $133,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
