We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as the Director of Global Facilities Delivery. This executive-level role will be responsible for leading a team of facilities professionals in delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our diverse workforce across our global portfolio of over 200 offices in 40 countries. As a seasoned expert in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), the individual will bring a deep understanding of the commercial terms of outsourcing contracts and delivery methodologies. They will also have experience overseeing technical environments such as R&D facilities, labs and manufacturing. In addition to being a respected leader, you will have a proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in IFM programs, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
Director of Global Facilities Delivery Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of facilities professionals in delivering high-quality services that meet the needs of our diverse workforce
  • Develop and implement global facilities delivery strategies that align with business objectives and support the growth of our global footprint
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of facilities services
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage an industry leading employee transportation program, driving employee satisfaction and cost optimization
  • Develop and manage budgets for facilities services, ensuring cost-effective solutions that meet business needs
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of FTEs, fostering a practice of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure that all team members are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and issue resolution
  • Develop and implement vendor management strategies that align with business objectives and drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Frequent travel
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in facilities management with 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement in IFM programs
  • Demonstrated skill navigating relationships with cross-functional partners, including business executives and corporate functions
  • Demonstrated understanding of the commercial terms of outsourcing contracts and delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance management, and issue resolution
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, with experience working effectively across a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leaders
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Experience working in a global environment, with a proven understanding of local nuances and regional differences
  • Experience leading and managing a team of FTEs
  • Demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills
  • Demonstrated experience fostering a practice of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

$262,000/year to $307,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
