The Client Partner, Korea will have a huge opportunity to build partnerships, provide leadership and business insight, and deliver on strategic initiatives to our performance driven advertisers and their agencies. With proven understanding of digital marketing and media, this individual will establish and strengthen lrelationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education and advertiser growth & satisfaction. Success in this position requires passion for the industries, consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and experience to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Client Partner, Korea Responsibilities
  • Set the marketing strategy, build relationships and deliver value to our clients and their agencies across Korea
  • Partner with relevant industry bodies, driving advocacy and industry wide growth
  • Drive strategic marketing conversations with clients to define objectives and provide recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope out business opportunities and to deliver results (such as facilitating plans & recommendations from product, marketing and measurement science teams)
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including synthesizing feedback and adjust plans accordingly
  • Have the sales skills to deliver revenue growth and achieve targets set while building for future business
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of Marketing, Media Sales and/or Online Advertising experience leading businesses or accounts
  • Extensive experience in managing organizations with a heavy marketing emphasis including industries such as CPG, luxury, or beauty
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and maintaining significant and complex relationships
  • Experience working for matrix organizations & obtaining the support of key internal cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proven sales success in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization
  • Experience presenting to key client issues in an effort to be the customer advocate within Meta
  • Experience identifying and leveraging trends within industry of expertise/focus
  • Native proficiency of Korean & fluent English language skills
