We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to support the Messenger Web’s client infra, which is extremely complex since the recent move to end-to-end encryption. We have an exciting opportunity to drive real change in this area – the product quality is not where we want it to be, and our infra teams are playing a critical role in getting us to a better place. This is one of the most critical pieces of scope in Messenger Web. The manager will manage 3 teams: WEP Web Runtime Infra, WEP Data Infra and WEP Messaging Infra. Web is slated to grow over the next few years, and having a solid infra is a basic foundation to scale for the future. We’re a friendly, inclusive team, co-located with our product colleagues.
