Meta Telco Ecosystem Partnerships is seeking an individual who is passionate about connecting our global community to help build and scale analytics insights and products aimed at our Mobile Operators and Telecommunications partners in Americas
Partner Strategist Americas, Telco Ecosystem Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Mobile Operator and Telecom Infrastructure partners to understand their business needs and challenges and deliver value to them through insights
  • Partner with Product team to understand strategy, define regional go-to-market plan for the product suite and feed success & learnings back to inform, influence and support our Insights product roadmap
  • Collaborate with partner managers to build long term engagement plans to drive partner value
  • Lead partner engagements, capture their vision and drive the overall initiatives at an executive/c-suite level
  • Work with Data Science team to scope projects, build narratives and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to use for partners’ business strategies
  • Develop learning agenda for partner engagement, as well as lead and facilitate training sessions and workshops
  • Develop new frameworks and methodologies to scale program(s) and identify potential value to create opportunities
  • Partner-facing role involving up to 40% travel across the Americas
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working within or with the telco industry
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, strategy analytics or equivalent function
  • Fluency in Spanish and English with communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences
  • Proven project management background leading multiple time-sensitive projects with partners
  • Customer experience in insight generation, strategic formation, transformation management and analytics proficiency
  • Experience handling complex projects with diverse international teams in a fast-paced setting
  • Interpersonal skills and data-driven approach to drive actions and transform concepts into effective metrics
  • BA/BS degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Ads Solutions and concepts

$105,000/year to $152,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
