The Solutions Lead role will develop and implement various projects aimed at improving the efficiency and user experience of several applications. These applications are designed to streamline end-to-end prototype management, improve tracking and visibility of prototype shipments, and increase inventory level accuracy at contract manufacturers. By enhancing existing features and developing new functionalities, the Solutions Lead will help improve the overall performance and user experience of these applications, ultimately contributing to more efficient and effective operations within the organization.
Solutions Lead Responsibilities
  • The Solutions Lead role will be responsible for developing various solutions to improve the efficiency and user experience of RL Devices such as end-to-end prototype management, forecasting build costs across programs to prepare for budget intake, enabling advanced shipment notices and inventory tracking for prototype shipments from contract manufacturers to all hubs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a software development or IT role, preferably in a supply chain management or logistics environment.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with no code development platforms (e.g. Google AppSheets)
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working on projects related to inventory management, budgeting, shipping, or logistics.
