We are seeking a strategic and analytical Client Solutions Manager to join our DACH Retail vertical team, focusing on omnichannel retail clients. As a CSM, you will build and manage key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy, and measurement for top clients in the DACH omnichannel portfolio. With a passion for marketing, you will drive growth and innovation across the full marketing funnel. This position is a 12 months contract.
Client Solutions Manager, Retail (Omnichannel) - 12 months contract Responsibilities
  • Meta full funnel marketing solutions expert: serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
  • Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
  • Advise clients on media and creative strategy, planning, measurement and optimization of campaigns to deliver against key performance indicators
  • Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
  • Work and collaborate with a diverse group of internal cross-functional teams, managing complex workstreams
  • Drive product innovation with internal teams & partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
  • Manage internal account operations (delivery, troubleshooting, optimization opportunities)
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (full funnel)
  • Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills, curiosity to learn in an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
  • Experience working effectively in complex work streams with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
  • Business level English & German required
