The Strategic Planning & Operations group is looking for an experienced business leader to help drive organizational planning, initiatives, and overall operational excellence for Monetization Partnerships efforts at Meta. Monetization Partnerships aims to be force multipliers, accelerating revenue for clients, partners, and Meta through innovation and driving solutions that scale. This leader will partner deeply with the leadership team of Monetization Partnerships, and many cross functional teams, including sales, partnerships, marketing, finance, data science, HR, etc. The primary objective of the role is to drive efficient revenue growth and product adoption by aligning business to monetization priorities and transforming business into data analysis organizations This role requires someone who has a skillset to juggle a range of tasks, including, but not limited to, resource planning and analysis, business goal definition, data-driven business reviews, sales pipeline reporting and analysis, internal communications, ad hoc data analysis, coordination and leadership of critical projects across the company, and contribution to the team and values.
Strategic Planning & Operations Lead, Monetization Partnerships Responsibilities
  • Lead and improve planning process, including but not limited to goal-setting, project prioritization, headcount planning, etc.
  • Frame decisions and contribute a point of view on how to scale the business
  • Partner closely with Sales and Partnerships leaders and internal stakeholders on key business initiatives, programs, and special projects
  • Develop an understanding of the business and be the person who can connect the dots between teams to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and collaboration
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies
  • Combine qualitative information with data analytics to make comprehensive recommendations
  • Lead business reviews for the Business Messaging leadership team to drive decision-making and review progress on goals and priorities (e.g. monthly/quarterly business reviews, sales pipeline reviews). Present to an Executive audience.
  • Look for opportunities to help strengthen the organization
  • Drive key leadership and cross-functional meetings to facilitate alignment on opportunities and issues to address
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy planning and/or business operations in the technology industry, management consulting, messaging space, enterprise SaaS, or relevant industry
  • Experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects. Experience solving complex business problems (commercial, operational, organizational) and driving projects from strategy to execution
  • Leadership and influencing skills – experience leading/influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership in developing and executing successful plans in an environment of fast growth and ambiguity
  • Results and detail oriented, with commercial/business acumen
  • Demonstrated experience in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) and presentations (e.g. PowerPoint, Slides)
  • Experience shifting priorities, balancing multiple initiatives at once, and maintaining organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's or graduate degree
  • Consulting background, experience in an advisory role, or relevant strategy/operations team
  • Experience developing and overseeing advanced quantitative analysis and deriving actionable insights

$152,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
