The Business Marketing team is the engine that grows Meta’s business at scale in our main EMEA markets. We are passionate about helping companies, businesses, brands, agencies, partners and other industry stakeholders understand the ways in which Meta can help them achieve their objectives and growth, and are constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate the industry in informative, scaled and innovative ways. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer to join our Business Marketing team in Central Europe, reporting to the Head of Marketing Central Europe, to help us build and deliver impactful B2B marketing initiatives covering all Meta’s solutions for Business.
You will be able to make a significant impact by driving growth and revenue for our advertisers and Meta.
Business Marketing Manager, Central Europe Responsibilities
- Work closely with the business teams to deliver best-in-class marketing activations to the CE businesses including events, campaigns, programs, training and content.
- Contribute to our (global & EMEA) strategic priorities and deliver multi-regional integrated marketing programs with a vertical focus.
- Develop, project manage and drive marketing initiatives to generate incremental revenue.
- Hypothesize, test, measure, optimize, and scale Meta’s marketing initiatives to maximise impact.
- Liaise and partner with internal teams and external agencies to ensure top-notch delivery.
- Process, document and report tangible impact & results in review forums with leadership.
- Constantly challenge the status-quo, innovating and elevating impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with B2B marketing.
- Experience driving business results through marketing.
- Experience with natural storytelling and communication, including the experience to clearly and simply communicate complex concepts.
- Experience handling various internal and external stakeholders within an agile framework.
- Experience juggling multiple initiatives and priorities while staying on top of tasks.
- Experience viewing ambiguity as an opportunity and working closely with international, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fast-paced global entrepreneurial environments.
- Creative flair to bring fresh ideas into everything we do.
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- B2B marketing experience in the tech sector.
- Polish and/or German
