The Client Solutions Manager of Meta’s Greater China team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver and business consulting specialist who puts our customers at the core. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key relationships, be a platform and product expert, serve as a trusted advisor in marketing and advertising strategies, lead media planning and measurement for our diversified account portfolios ranging from multinational corporate companies to unicorn start-ups. This role is embedded in the sales team to build executional and functional partnerships, with the usage of data and analytics to devise comprehensive solutions for our clients, and drive revenue by optimizing opportunities that deliver on our client’s business objectives. Success in this position requires significant account management skills, consultative sales experience, analytical skills, a passion for client partnership building with growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Client Solutions Manager, Apps & Games, Greater China Responsibilities
  • Strategize, plan and implement all elements of clients' advertising campaigns with a focus on both short-term performance and long-term growth
  • Work directly with key clients as Meta’s advertising expert, in partnership with Client Partner, analyze client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating Meta advertising solutions to maximize client value
  • Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and driving product adoption
  • Drives product innovation internally with XFN partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients
  • Use data, insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy and implementation of Meta products solutions
  • Outline and oversee measurement scheme, tracking, and results delivery to study the effectiveness of Meta product solutions
  • Oversee budget spend, manage analytics and dashboards, and provide optimization and real-time recommendations
  • Collaborate with Client Partner to exceed sales and yield goals for the book of business that assigned to you
  • Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting and fixing issues, monitoring and alerting ads policy violations, setting up account and financial details, etc.)
  • Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.)
  • Collaborate very closely with a diverse group of internal cross functional teams and cross region counterparts
Minimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and/or performance marketing and/or account management and/or data analysis role
  • Experience turning data into actionable insights that inform strategies
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail
  • Communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English are essential as the successful candidate will manage accounts and clients in both languages on day to day basis.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity with agility to effectively lead complex and changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in gaming related sectors
  • Experience with data visualization tools or analysis tools and relational databases such as Tableau, SQL or R
  • Extensive experience as a Meta user and familiarity with Meta’s ad solutions
