This person will work closely with Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the Sales Finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
Finance Associate, Cross-XF Finance Responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the Sales orgs and drivers of their HC and Expense growth
  • Operate with a deep understanding of core FP&A planning principles, processes, and deliverables such as
  • budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, accruals and close, variance analysis, approvals, and reporting
  • Drive quarterly financial consolidations (reporting), close and forecast processes end to end. Proactively surface timelines, progress, risks and opportunities to the Sales Finance team.
  • Develop a clear and concise narrative during financial deliverables, stay up to date on Sales roadmaps, business updates and key financial information on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain monthly updates to the Sales budget files across all expense types (OpEx, Ad Credits, Payroll)
  • Support coordination with Corporate finance, HC Strategy, Mission Control, Accounting, HR, Recruiting on matters relating to HC and Expense budgets
  • Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale forecasting, reporting, and other financial processes for the Sales Finance Org
  • Ability to work independently with limited guidance, across multiple time zones (PST, EST, GMT, IST, AEST) with both Finance and key cross functional business partners
  • Support Ad-Hoc cross-Sales analytics and reporting
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related
  • 4+ years of experience in Financial or Analytics related roles
  • Experience building data-driven analyses and synthesizing in a cohesive, impactful narrative
  • Adept at building relationships with people across all levels and many functions
  • Experience with Financial systems (e.g. Essbase, SAP), dashboard reporting tools (i.e. Tableau) and SQL
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams end to end along with experience working across multiple business units

$92,000/year to $135,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
