This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. This person will work closely with Finance Managers, Corporate FP&A, and key cross-functional partners to bring more scale, efficiency, innovation, and discipline to the Sales Finance team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, critical thinker who understands different perspectives and translates data-driven insights into thoughtful solutions. Equally important will be the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and know how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast.
