Meta is seeking a seasoned Benefits professional to work in the APAC Benefits Strategy team. This role is responsible for managing and executing employee benefits programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives, competitiveness, and compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure effectively and contribute to thought leadership and creative solutions to a growing organization. This is a full-time role based in Singapore and reports to the APAC Compensation and Benefits lead.
APAC Life@ Benefits Programs Manager Responsibilities
  • Support the strategic evolution of employee benefit programs, focused on taking care of our people and meeting the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • Drive efficiency improvements to optimize the total benefits offering enhancing overall employee experience.
  • Assist in the qualitative and quantitative analysis and research on employee benefits related programs including developing key metrics to analyze programs and help shape design decisions using data.
  • Drive the reporting processes of APAC benefits program, including budget management, metrics review and reporting"
  • Support the implementation of programs including working with the cross functional teams (HRBPs, Benefits Operations, Legal, Payroll, Tax) to develop the implementation strategy and roadmap.
  • Things can always be done better. This role will strive for efficiency, including process design in partnership with the People Operations team.
  • Design and implement effective communication and education strategies for benefits programs across APAC.
  • Partner with global benefit teams to ensure consistent rollout & adoption of global benefits philosophy across APAC
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years broad exposure in benefits design and delivery across benefit programs, including health and mental health programs, risk insurances, leaves programs, retirement plans and family support across APAC, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 8+ years broad exposure in benefits design and delivery across benefit programs, including health and mental health programs, risk insurances, leaves programs, retirement plans and family support across APAC, ideally in fast growth performance driven cultures.
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Good mix of hands-on, operational and design/strategy experience.
  • A solid knowledge of international benefit programs from market positioning to administrative details.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships & credibility with business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, present well formulated points of view and to justify ideas with good data.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, and the ability to work to tight deadlines with multiple priorities, and across multiple countries.
  • Self-starter and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
