The Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team within the Global Supply Chain Operations (GSCO) group is responsible for teaming with our supply chain partners to build, deliver, and enable Meta’s AI, Compute and Storage infrastructure. Meta’s computing foundation is its Data Centers, and key partnerships with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) across the Compute and Storage industry are a crucial piece in building and operationalizing this infrastructure. The Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team is responsible for managing the operational performance of these ODM partners by setting key metrics, ensuring operational success and driving performance improvement programs across Meta’s supply chain, and is ultimately responsible for on-time-delivery of the hardware. This requires ability to approach to work to unlock challenges on the tactical (ex. supply), strategic (ex. supply chain strategy), and foundational (ex. process overhaul) levels for Inventory Partners, ODMs, and Meta. The team is inherently dynamic, requiring coordination across engineering, NPI, mass production, and sustaining teams all within a given cycle. Put simply: this team is composed of problem solvers who build relationships both within and beyond Meta to achieve industry-leading performance and pave the way for Meta’s AI-enabled infrastructure.
We are looking for a Business Enablement Manager to help further our mission. This role will be responsible for (a) securing funds and purchase order orchestration, (b) data and metrics enablement, and (c) business process & tooling improvement.
Business Enablement Manager, ODM Operations Responsibilities
Drive alignment amongst cross functional teams (Planning, Sourcing & Finance) on securing required funding/budgeting to support business operations in the delivery of critical server racks (AI, Compute, Storage) globally.
Own management, orchestration and triaging of systems/processes associated with order execution, change order management and invoicing.
Partner with cross-functional teams on road mapping to enable tooling or process automation/efficiency both internally and externally with suppliers. This includes developing business requirements, working with XFNs on solution design, testing, change management, launch and sustainment.
Lead metrics & reporting enablement. This includes ability to conduct insight gathering, reporting, diagnosis across On Time Delivery, Supplier Supply Commit accuracy, On Time PO execution, etc.
Partner with Sourcing to ensure product catalogs/price lists & lead times are accurate.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years of industry experience in a technical or business-related field.
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or adjacent domains.
Experience working in an analytical and results focused role.
Experience in improving business processes.
Experience working and demonstrated experience influencing stakeholders and business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business.
Knowledge of different supply chain models (Hub-spoke, drop-ship, reverse logistics)
Demonstrated experience driving a plan to bring resolution to differing opinions, reaching out across functional boundaries to drive collaboration and sharing credit in a team environment.
Experience and knowledge of procurement tooling/B2B systems & feeds (ERP, EDI, etc.)
Experience working with high complexity manufactured products
