We are seeking a full-time product manager to join our Mobile team. As a Product Manager, you will specialise in defining the strategy and building products & infrastructure on world-class technologies that bring our social experiences to billions of people, anytime and anywhere. Touching upon user interfaces, mobile, infrastructure and machine learning with the opportunity to build products that operate at a global scale.
Product Manager, Preloads Responsibilities
  • Is the primary driver for identifying significant opportunities and driving product vision and strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.
  • Understand Meta’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry.
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
  • Plan, initiate, and manage information technology projects for web-based products and platforms.
  • Incorporate data and research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Drive product development with teams of world-class engineers and designers, while maintaining team health.
  • Lead the ideation and technical development and launch of innovative tools and platforms and products.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision and define product requirements and coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.) and guide the team through key milestones.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Identify and track key performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Significant experience within Product Management working on high growth tech products
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or degree equivalent) in Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems or Analytics or Mathematics or Physics or Applied Sciences or adjacent relevant working experience.
  • Experience delivering technical presentations
  • Experience analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad and cross functional team to drive product vision. Define product requirements and coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.) and guide the team through key milestones
  • Experience gathering requirements across diverse areas and users and converting and developing them into a product solution
  • Technical experience with analytical tools and methodologies, and design
  • Displaying exceptional leadership and organizational and execution skills
  • Proven communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience touching user interfaces, mobile, infrastructure and/or machine learning with the ability to build products that operate at scale.
  • Experience defining vision and strategy for a product.
  • Experience working on products with deep technical depth.
  • Experience going through a full product lifecycle and integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
  • Experience recruiting and leading a cross-functional team of world-class individuals.
  • Enthusiastic and resilient in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
