Meta is seeking an experienced Audience Marketing Manager to join its Business Marketing team in EMEA, reporting to the Head of Audience Marketing EMEA to help us build and deliver amazing B2B marketing initiatives covering all Meta’s solutions for business. The Business Marketing team is the engine that grows Meta’s business at scale in our main EMEA markets. We are passionate about helping companies, businesses, brands, agencies, partners, and other industry stakeholders understand the ways in which Meta can help them achieve their objectives and growth. We are constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate the industry in informative, scaled, and innovative ways. The Audience Marketing team within Business Marketing develops audience marketing strategies, in close collaboration with global marketing functions and country marketing teams across the region. The preferred candidate should have an analytical mindset, be experienced in distilling key insights/themes from product and business data, and transforming these insights into actionable audience strategies. These should resonate with large, medium, and small advertisers and the third-party advertising ecosystem, like media agencies and Meta business partners. We are looking for a marketer who is experienced in delivering tangible business growth outcomes. To be successful in this role, the candidate is energized working across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams. The candidate should have significant experience planning and executing marketing programs, leveraging B2B channels and a appreciation of Meta’s advertising solutions and products.
Audience Marketing Manager, EMEA Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute audience marketing strategies to support the adoption of Meta's business solutions across the EMEA region.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and measure the impact of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to align marketing plans with business objectives and ensure relevance for the audiences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and campaign development, to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing programs.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B audience strategy, integrated marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Has experience in communicating complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply.
  • Experience working with cross-functional team members, in a large complex organisation, to drive strategies and programs.
  • Analytical experience and the experience translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experienced in managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns and channels.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the EMEA region, with an understanding of market nuances.
  • Understanding and experience in the digital advertising ecosystem.
  • Additional EMEA languages.
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field.
