We are seeking a highly quantitative, process and detail-oriented Program Manager to join the central team of our APAC Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) Team. The mission of the APAC SSPO team is to maximize business performance by being the objective, trusted partner to the sales organization – through strategic planning, driving critical projects in partnership with cross functional teams and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be part of the central APAC SSPO team. The central team covers reporting, planning and operational processes and works with the broader APAC SSPO team and other cross functional teams to drive implementation of strategic decisions. The candidate is expected to combine strategic and operational planning, analysis and decision-making skills with highly analytical insights. Stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary. The candidate is expected to work well independently and in collaboration and be comfortable with working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Sales Strategic Planning & Operations (SSPO) Program Manager Responsibilities
  • Support management in strategic, business and operational planning. Support key leadership meetings and offsites, facilitate leadership alignment on key issues and opportunities
  • Identify, scope and deliver critical projects and initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Drive efficient processes (e.g. KPIs, revenue reporting, annual planning process, quota setting, portfolio selection, revenue reporting, opex & headcount) as well as other sales processes to support the broader APAC SSPO team
  • Collaborate closely with sister teams and XFN SSPO to scale best practices and drive alignment with global processes
  • Conduct revenue analysis to identify trends and factors of growth. Monitor forecasts and benchmark performance while understanding the sources of deviation. Consolidate and present insights to APAC leadership
  • Lead APAC wide projects and/or implement the program framework for global initiatives for local implementation
  • Autonomously handle ad-hoc requests from the business
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, marketing, analytical or related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics)
  • 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in a consulting environment, corporate strategy/operations team, quantitative field (e.g. investment banking, private equity) or similar tech company
  • Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
  • Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Design, lead and execute analysis and effectively communicate insights
  • Proficiency with SQL and experience extracting data from large / complex databases
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in data visualizations and building scalable reporting tools
  • Experience in the digital media industry. Understanding of organizational dynamics, operating experience with large and complex organizations
