Meta is looking for a Client Solutions Manager responsible for the execution of Meta EMEA partnerships with Telecommunications companies. The position will be based in our Paris office and report directly into the CE & SE Telco Industry Manager. Due to the industry focus, a profound Telecommunication expertise would be beneficial. The EMEA Client Solutions Manager for Telco is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. With proven understanding of online, especially CRM, performance and brand marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with international sales teams to develop industry relationships, drive revenue by designing and optimizing complex opportunities, and use deep data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers.
EMEA, Client Solutions Manager, Telecommunications (Southern Europe) Responsibilities
  • Establish and strengthen international relationships with a focus on driving performance, knowledge transfer & business partner satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales and very analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
  • Build and manage key relationships, be a Marketing solution and product expert and become an EMEA-wide expert in campaign planning, strategy and measurement to the largest international Telecom partners
  • Analytics and insights:
  • Develop and aggregate deep client and market insights across the region for use across the EMEA accounts
  • Collaborate with internal, cross market/regional teams to design and deploy use-cases that will drive clients business objectives
  • Transfer knowledge in EMEA and improve process/client relationships
  • Program Management:
  • Oversee performance and revenue recognition for the EMEA partners you are assigned to
  • Identify new opportunities and partner with the local teams to drive performance and incremental revenue Manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients
  • Partner with sales teams on local business practices and ensure all teams are aligned and we are sharing best practices globally
  • Develop scaled trainings and systems to drive global alignment and local activation
  • Lead international client support, global campaigns, product adoption and building scaled training solutions
  • Media Planning, Strategy & Measurement:
  • Manages and consults on complex campaign solutions and integrations
  • Outlines measurement solution based upon key KPIs
  • Manages revenue delivery and budget spend
  • Travel will be required, up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience working directly with consulting, marketing and/or Telco companies and demonstrated leadership experience required
  • Broad experience with the Telco industry or/and business trends in the industry (CRM, Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech)
  • Experience working effectively with XFN teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
  • Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of SQL or relational databases preferred
