Meta is seeking a leader to join our Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales operations professionals and driving strategic planning and operational excellence across the Global Partners organization. The Global Partners organization is responsible for managing relationships with key partners in the technology industry, including telco ecosystem partnerships, top global accounts, agencies, industry trades, and governments. These teams work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute partner strategies that drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.
Manager, Strategic Planning & Operations Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of sales operations professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to help them achieve their goals and develop their careers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, data science, and product, to drive strategic planning and operational excellence across the Global Partners organization.
  • Develop and implement sales processes, tools, and systems that enable sales and partnerships teams to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to leadership on go-to-market performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop strategic plans to ensure that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, representing the strategic planning function and ensuring that Global Partners needs are taken into account.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, strategic planning, business operations, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated people management experience. Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • 1+ years of demonstrated people management experience. Proven track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with experience building relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Project management skills, with the experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant business or operations field.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and its trends.
  • Experience with sales operations, processes, and systems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones.

$182,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
